Rakuten Viber announces the launch of five AI-powered assistants designed to help users with information search, everyday tips, recipes, emotional support, and message editing, now available to all users in Ukraine across mobile and desktop platforms. The assistants live in a dedicated chat folder, function as independent conversations, and process requests via OpenAI, without using user data to train models.

Viber's parent company, Rakuten Group, is spearheading a Triple 20 strategy to boost efficiency through AI. The rollout is part of Viber’s broader investment in AI-driven features to simplify daily communication.
