Collective Voice has appointed Amani Richardson as its new Creator-in-Residence (CIR) as the company reports strong momentum in creator engagement. Since the CIR program launched in March 2025, creator retention has increased by 42 percent. The platform, which supports 140,000 creators and 22,000 brands, also recorded a 35 percent increase in affiliate linking activity across its network.

Richardson follows Chanel Tyler, who led the inaugural phase of the program. The CIR initiative brings creator perspectives into Collective Voice’s education, product development, and community-building efforts, helping ensure the platform evolves with the needs of its creator community.
